These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products sold by The Site Toolkit ("we," "us," "our") through thesitetoolkit.in. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell a digital, downloadable bundle of 113 construction site management templates in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and Word (.docx) format, priced at ₹499 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring billing.

3. License to Use

On successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the templates for your own projects and business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template files or the bundle with any third party, in original or modified form
• Upload the files to any public repository, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
• Claim the templates as your own original work for resale purposes

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

Your download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of successful payment. Please check your spam/promotions folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, contact support@thesitetoolkit.in with your payment ID.

6. Disclaimer

Templates, including any agreement or contract formats included in the bundle, are provided as general-purpose starting points for informational and organizational use only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should review and adapt any contract or agreement template, and consult a qualified professional, before using it as a binding document.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the bundle remains the intellectual property of The Site Toolkit and its licensors. Purchase grants a license to use as described above, not ownership or resale rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The templates are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from their use, including errors in calculations, estimates, or figures you enter into them.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Maharashtra.
