Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on thesitetoolkit.in.

1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

The Site Toolkit sells a digital, downloadable product only. There is no physical item shipped, and this policy replaces any shipping/delivery policy for our store.

    In short: because the download link is delivered instantly and the files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent to your email — except in the delivery-failure case below, which we resolve immediately.
  

2. No Refunds After Delivery

As the product is a digital file delivered electronically and immediately accessible upon payment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect expectations, or after the download link has been successfully delivered to your email.

3. Delivery Failure — We Fix This Immediately

If your payment was successful but you did not receive your download email within 24 hours (after checking spam/promotions folders), contact support@thesitetoolkit.in with your payment ID. We will resend your download link right away. If we're unable to deliver the product at all, you will receive a full refund.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged but the transaction shows as failed on our end, email us with your payment reference and we will refund the incorrect charge within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellations

This is a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring billing, so there is nothing to "cancel" after purchase. If you'd like to cancel before completing payment, simply close the payment page — you will not be charged.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method, subject to your bank/payment provider's own processing timelines.
